Created by Barbara Nicolato, (Nic’s Knacks), for Del Bello’s Designs. In this tutorial I’m creating a winter ice skating scene using various colors of inks and Lavinia stamps. I’m going to start out by creating a background lifted from a gel plate onto a sheet of multifarious card stock that’s about 6 x 8 ½ inches; I will trim it down when I’m finished to 5 ¼” x 7 ¼”. The materials I’m using are listed in the section underneath the YouTube video and most can be purchased from DelBellosDesigns.com
In this short video, I will show you how to make a winter scene, using Lavinia stamps and affix it to a 6-inch pillar candle. The materials I used are listed in the YouTube video.
This card uses Yupo paper and alcohol inks. The alcohol lift technique is used to transfer these inks onto a stamp (Aall & Create #398 Celestial Navigation) and then onto another Yupo paper. The gorgeous Lavinia stamp (LAV497), Simmi, is featured as is the sentiment (LAV674) Creativity.
Most of the materials used in this tutorial can be purchased at www.DelBellosDesigns.com
