"Rainbow Harmony" Video Tutorial
Created by Barbara Nicolato, (Nic’s Knacks), member of Del Bello’s Design Team. This 10-minute tutorial will give hints for creating a smoothly blended rainbow effect using distress oxide inks. It will then be stenciled over in black and finally a stenciled image will be created using Fluff it Paste with heat.
