Patty Del Bello - Store Owner
Patty Del Bello here! I am 58 years old and love crafting and learning new techniques from my fellow crafters. Our crafting community offers so much inspiration, fresh ideas and new techniques. After several years of crafting, I decided to take it to another level by offering specialty craft supplies to those who enjoy the same hobby. I import several product lines from the United Kingdom that are not readily available in the US. It brings me much joy to serve my fellow crafters. On a personal note, apart from the passion of crafting, I have a passion for animals. We have had Great Danes in our family since 1998. Love the breed and their demeanor. Unfortunately, we lost one of our Danes in a tragic house fire in 2016 including all of our personal belongings. That tragedy has left a major impact on my life as we were blessed to escape in the wee hours of that morning. I am forever grateful and live to be kind to one another as well as cherish each day as if it was my last. We have recently brought on board a young Maine Coon kitten, Stetson, to keep our four year old Dane, Kolt, company. Life is good, my friends! Life is good.
Melisa Crook - Design Team Member
I'm Melisa, 42 years old and live in Cortez, Colorado. I am a store manager of a small engine sales and repair shop. I have three children that are now grown. I have always loved crafting, but have only been stamping and making paper art for 3 years. I attended an "ink and drink" class in November of 2018 where I began to learn about Ink and paper crafting. This was so fun. I found Lavinia Stamps on YouTube and began watching tutorials by Tracey Dutton. Soon after, I made my first purchase. Everything I have learned has come from YouTube tutorials and a lot of practice. I am so excited to be a designer and to help others learn about these wonderful, addictive products. This is still new to me so we will be learning as we go along. In my tutorials, I will try to keep things simple for beginners and review new products that can be found at Del Bello's Designs.
Suzi Hulbert - Design Team Member
Hi everyone! My name is Suzi Hulbert and I live in Michigan. I love living a simple life in the country and enjoy all the wildlife around me. I have been a crafter all of my life, doing my first craft show at 17, and moved into art shows. I have worked with all kinds of mediums over the years. I took up card making 18 years ago after my hands started causing me trouble. A little over a year ago, I was looking for a meaningful long-term project and decided to center it around mythical and magical creatures. That’s when I found all of the Lavinia stamps at Del Bello’s Designs and I was over the moon. I have been married to my husband for over 33 years and have 2 wonderful adult girls. My oldest has a PhD in Bio physics and has the kindest heart of anyone I have ever known. The youngest has a degree in art and has her own sewing business, does costuming for her local civic theater and is an amazing artist. I am so honored to be on this amazing team and sharing my creative process with you.

Hi everyone. I'm Kathy Lake and I live in Letchworth Garden City in Hertfordshire UK. I'm 60 in January and I'm always learning new things. You're never too old to learn something new. I went to a university at 42 to get a degree (at the same time as my daughter which was quite an experience 😉). I've been a crafter for over 30 years. The last 15 years have been jewelry designing and in 2017, I discovered Lavinia Stamps and fell in love! I now love stamping. I'm semi-retired from my childcare business and I recently converted my garage at the bottom of my garden to my craft space where I can craft in peace and ignore the housework! I live with my hubby and my elderly cat and dog. We have 3 grown children and are blessed with 4 small grandchildren. We spend most weekends on the beautiful Norfolk coast where we have a holiday home with craft supplies! I'm so excited to be joining this talented team.
Cheryl McQueen - Design Team Member
My name is Cheryl McQueen and I live in Texas. I retired from the University of North Texas at the end of the summer and am enjoying my "free" time (although I think I am busier now than ever). I have the BEST daughter and a wonderful son-in-law. We are expecting my first grandchild (a girl) at the end of December 2021! I have been crafting since I was old enough to hold a crayon and love every form of crafting. My passions include fusing glass, sewing, playing with my Silhouette cutting machine, and, OF COURSE, stamping! My recent addiction is all the wonderful stamps and supplies I get from Del Bello's Designs. I love sharing my crafts and have held many workshops on making different kinds of crafts. I am tickled to be able to share some of my creations with you! I have two cats who hopefully won't show up in any videos, but you just never know--they love to see what I am doing when I am deep in my crafting world. I look forward to interacting with everyone and seeing the beautiful creations you make!
Barbara Nicolato - Design Team Member
Hi, I’m Barbara Nicolato, a.k.a. Nic’s Knacks. The Nic part is from my last name plus my former students used to address me as Ms. Nic. The Knacks part is because when it comes to crafts, I’m a jack of all trades. I’ve been crafting in my free time since I was a child. I love to stamp and make cards and have been doing this almost daily since retiring from teaching. I also practice mixed media art, Copperplate calligraphy, and make hardcover books and boxes from scratch. I occasionally cut and flame-paint copper and have used pieces in my card making. I have designed and made jewelry for years, as well as scrapbooked and journaled. I can also list photography, music, macramé, pottery, stained glass, crocheting, baking, reading, sewing and web site design on my list of accomplishments and hobbies. I live in upstate New York; a beautiful, picturesque area rich in history and culture known as the Mid-Hudson Valley; with my husband of 44+ years and a senior Yorkie named Sophie. I love all animals but have a special fondness for dogs and have pretty much had one or two all my life. My son and daughter, both adopted from Korea as infants, are both married; and thus far I have a granddaughter (following in my footsteps with crafting), and a toddler grandson. I have enjoyed using Lavinia and Sweet Poppy stamps and stencils in my crafting for the past year and have enriched my creating experience by being a member of the Del Bello’s Designs' Lounge and the Sweet Poppy Lounge. I have learned much from its members and have been able to share my own work there as well. I have found the Del Bello's Designs' company to be exceptional in its customer service, communications, pricing and promptness in dispatching orders. I am honored to be a part of the Del Bello’s Design Team family, and I look forward to learning from and sharing with the entire Del Bello’s group.
