Effective February 15, 2022, we offer free domestic shipping (USA) on orders $75 or more! Orders are processed in 1-2 business days unless your order contains pre-ordered items. As noted in the pre-ordered listings, if your order contains pre-ordered items, your entire order will be on hold until pre-ordered items are available to ship. We are unable to split shipments due to the expense of postage.
International orders: We offer worldwide shipping! Buyers are responsible for any Customs and import duty taxes that may be assessed by your local Customs Department. We have no control over these fees. Please do not ask us to mark your package as a gift, adjust prices or any other alterations to avoid these fees. This is illegal practice and we appreciate not putting us in this predicament. Please allow 14-30 business days for transit time for international shipments. Longer delays may be experienced due to issues due to COVID or other issues within the postal system. Important note: It is recommended to select USPS First Class International as your shipping preference. Specialty shipping services, such as UPS and DHL, assess the customer a courier fee in addition to any duty taxes assessed on your shipment. While these specialty shipping options may reflect slightly lower shipping costs during checkout, in the end, you will pay much more by selecting on of these options. USPS does not assess a courier fee.
We are not held responsible for unexpected transit delays once packages are delivered to the Post Office for processing. All package labels are scanned by postal staff upon handing over the packages so that they are immediately recorded within the postal system. If you provided an email address or phone number under your account, you will receive automated messages to keep you updated on the status of your package during transit through delivery, including the tracking number. Please contact the USPS or courier service if you have not received your package in a timely manner. International tracking may not be accurate after packages departing the USA as other countries are not required to update tracking information.
Due to COVID, there have been many delays, mis-deliveries and lost mail. Please know this is out of our control. All First Class Mail packages are uninsured. We proudly offer the Route Protection Plan to protect your purchase. It is highly advisable to obtain this extremely affordable coverage. This option is available on the Shopping Bag Summary Page below the Subtotal area. The default toggle switch is set to the "On" position, which means your purchase is protected. To opt out of this coverage, you have the option to toggle to the switch to the "Off" position to decline this coverage. By declining Route protection, please know you are agreeing to release Del Bello's Designs from being liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered or damaged goods as we offer an exceptional, affordable protection plan to be utilized at your discretion.
