Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization. Include the original order number in the subject line.
We understand that duplicate purchases accidentally happen, especially with the Lavinia Stamps' product line being so large. We are here to help you out the very best we can. Do keep in mind that we offer and maintain inventory forms in our shop listing all of the current Lavinia Stamps. These forms are available to our current, loyal customers with a required minimum purchase of $50 worth of Lavinia Stamps. The forms can be found by clicking here.
- IMPORTANT: If the specific order containing the returned item initially qualified for free shipping, meeting the $75 minimum order requirement, and the value of the returned item or items cause the order to drop below this amount, please know the actual cost of our shipping expense for the pertinent order will be deducted from the credit due. We are unable to offer full credit if the order becomes disqualified for the free shipping perk after processing the return.
- Effective 11.01.2022, credit for returns will be issued in the form of a store gift card valid only at Del Bello's Designs. A Del Bello's Designs Gift Card will be issued via email which will contain a certificate number. On a future order, this certificate number may be entered during the checkout process to apply the existing credit. Once the credit is applied, you may proceed through the checkout process with your usual payment method for the balance due. By implementing this practice, it allows us to maintain our everyday low prices as we are assessed credit card transaction fees on the original purchase and these fees are not refunded to us for returns.
- We gladly accept returns as long as the item was purchased directly from our shop. We must be able to locate the item on a recent order before processing a return. If you purchased a duplicate item that you already own, specifically a Lavinia Stamp, and the recent purchase was made elsewhere, please contact that specific retailer for your return. We are unable to issue refunds for items that were not purchased directly through Del Bello's Designs. Note: most of our stocked items contain our branded merchandise labels for identification purposes. If the item being returned does not have our merchandise label on it, it was most likely not purchased through us.
- Item must be returned within (14) days of receipt based on the tracking history reflecting the "delivered" status. All packages have full tracking information. We are unable to accept returns on clearance items. All sales are final on clearance items. Please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting us at: email@example.com, which should include your pertinent order number. We will provide you with instructions on returning your item or items.
- Item must be unopened, unused and in brand new condition, including the original packaging. Packaging may not be damaged or altered in any form. We must be able to add the returned item back into our inventory for resale in brand new condition just as you received it. We do not keep extra packaging on hand.
- Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed. It is highly advisable to obtain shipping including tracking and insurance. This enables proof, on your behalf, that your package made its way to us safe and sound. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items. We are unable to issue a credit for items not received due to a mishap during transit by the shipping carrier.
- Defective items: On occasion, unfortunately, we receive defective items from suppliers and are not aware of the defects prior to us shipping these items. These defects take place during the manufacturing process and we do our best to inspect all received merchandise from our suppliers. In the event a defective item is received, we offer three options: receive a store gift card to be used on a future order reflecting the amount paid for the defective item, receive a replacement item in a future order free of charge or receive a refund in the amount paid for the defective item. Due to the rising cost of postage, we are not able to ship replacement items separately. It is at our discretion to require the return of the defective item reported at our expense. Photos must be furnished on all defective items via email or text message.
If all requirements above are met, we will gladly process your return and issue a store gift card via email upon receipt of the returned item or items. We strive to help out our fellow crafters the very best we can as we love catering to your needs. However, due to the rising cost of everything, we have no choice but to enforce our return policy so that we can continue to offer the lowest prices possible to you. We thank you for understanding.
