Made specifically for the Lavinia palette, Deep Yellow Dinkles Ink Powder is a super concentrated dry, powdered ink which is activated by water.  There are no extreme colour variations within the powder so you know exactly what colour you will get each time, giving you more control over your palette.  A versatile product, Dinkles can be sprinkled on to a wet or dry surface, then just add a spritz of water to watch the magical colours come alive!
