Rewards Program Details

Here's how the Rewards Program works!  Please note that we are unable to retroactively apply a voucher code once an order has been placed.  There is simply no option available.  Don't worry, your voucher codes have no expiration dates and can be used on future orders!  Thank you for understanding!

Once customers create and activate an account in our shop, they are automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program.  Look for the small teal purse with the black heart on it located in the lower left-hand corner of any web page in our shop.  This is the Rewards Program area.

When you are ready to place each order, be sure you are logged into your account on our website using your email address and password as this is how you accumulate points.  If you are not logged in, the Rewards Program doesn’t recognize your shop account and no points will be accumulated. Click on the little teal purse and you will see various tabs where you can view your current points and redeem vouchers.  You may have to scroll down in this area depending on the device you are using.  Only one voucher per order may be used as the selling platform will not allow multiple discount codes of any kind. You may place multiple orders of $75 or more to use multiple vouchers.  Rewards vouchers and sale discount codes cannot be used together. The minimum order to use a Rewards voucher is $75 which excludes clearance sale items. Please note that if your order falls below $75 after applying your voucher, this disqualifies your order for free domestic shipping. Your order subtotal must remain above $75 after any discount has been applied to qualify for free domestic shipping.

When you are ready to redeem a voucher, simply click on "Redeem" and a code will be generated and copied to your clipboard.  When you are checking out, the code should automatically be applied to your order giving you a $5 credit.  You can always copy and paste the code, as well, and enter it in the discount code field during checkout.  You'll find the discount code field on the Shopping Bag Summary page during checkout.

Also, in the Rewards Program area, you will see a tab to view ways to redeem.  You are assigned a unique URL link which you'll see.  If you share this link with a friend and they make a purchase by clicking on your referral link, they will receive $5 off their initial order if it is their first time purchasing in my shop.  You, too, will receive 100 points equivalent to a $5 voucher as a thank-you for the referral!
