The Cloud 9 Dye/Pigment Interference Ink Pad, Crushed Velvet Shimmer, is a fusion of highly pigmented dye and pigment ink. It is a metallic, shimmery ink with an interference color. This ink is perfect for faux bleaching techniques. This ink is also perfect for use with stencils, blending, and stamping. This ink will change color on different colors of cardstock, which is the "interference color" this ink produces.  Excellent for all colors of cardstock, including dark or black. Disclaimer:  best performance using stencil brushes. Other blending tools are not recommended.
