The Cloud 9 Premium Dye-Based Matt Blending Ink Pads, Set #1, is a premium, dye-based, fast drying ink from Lisa Horton Crafts. This ink is a water-reactive, highly pigmented, dye and pigment ink that blends easily and produces a matt finish on your projects. This ink is perfect for water-based techniques. This ink is also perfect for creating with stencils. This ink is nontoxic and acid free. All colors are also sold individually.
